The seminar is aimed at widening the competence of the Maintenance Mechanic with regard to the hydraulic, electric/electronic system and the mechanic components of a Soilmec hydraulic drill rig, as well as supplying the bases for diagnostic activity for all possible failures and/or breakdown problems.

SEMINAR'S CONTENT
- Knowledge of the hydraulic and electric impact of the equipment, its mechanical assembly and operation;
- Equipment testing, analysis of possible failures;
- Maintenance, repair, assembling and disassembling of the equipment.

Duration: 40 hours (Monday-Friday, 9-1 am; 2-6 pm)

SKILLS
The seminar is aimed at widening the competence of the Senior Operator with regard to the
hydraulic, electric/electronic and mechanic operation of a Soilmec hydraulic drill rig, as well as supplying the bases for analysis activity concerning excavation working performances with
regard to soils and tools used.

SEMINAR'S CONTENT
- Knowledge of the equipment and operation of the hydraulic and electric system;
- Rig assembling and disassembling under safety conditions;
- Ordinary maintenance and small repairs;
- Theoretic and practical deepening of soil drilling techniques and relevant tools.

Duration: 40 hours (Monday-Friday, 9-1 am; 2-6 pm)

SKILLS
The seminar is aimed at deepening the technical skills related to the driving and operation of a rig executing diaphragm walls, in order to understand and know the various uses of the excavation mud, the site plant and all problems regarding the management and the maintenance of the rig.

- Excavation technology with hydromill;
- Excavation mud;
- Site cutter system;
- Assembling and disassembling;
- Trouble shooting.

SKILLS
Seminars are directly carried out on a construction site where participants can see and understand the technical operations of particular types of equipments and methods.
The 40 hours on-site training, distributed over a period of a week includes site description;
rig use and maintenance manual analysis; explanation of the working method employed; explanation and sharing of the rig technical operations in all phases.

Additional MGD and OSGD seminars can be held on request for groups, in English or Italian, upon previous approval of the Academy Management.
