Learning Philosophy
The Trevi Group's concern about training is such as to have established a unique school in 2006, the heir of all important, previous, training experiences. The Foundations Technology Academy (FTA) has the ambitious goal of transferring the enormous experience gained by the Trevi Group and its passion for innovation, hence stimulating a business development and an improvement of safety and performances on a global scale.
FTA also carries out training in the core of the Trevi Group, in Cesena, where the productive systems of the equipment are headquartered. And it's just in the Romagna region, where there are many possibilities of a pleasant stay, that the Academy organizes and manages advanced courses, both in Italian and in English, hence enriching the professional and human knowledge of all participants. This is aimed at planting the innovation seeds which will allow winning challenges linked to a sustainable development. So training will be brought where it is needed, in order to increase the innovation capability and to support the development.
With this goal, FTA brings its Learning Innovation project in the heart of the companies, in Italy and abroad, by creating didactic modules and teachers' task-forces. FTA aims at offering customized programmes which can really leave a mark on the technical knowledge of one's resources, with a consequent gain in efficiency and increase in working safety.
